Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Exodus Weather app (“Exodus,” the “App”) provided by Archon Unlimited LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the app store’s terms.

2. Subscriptions, billing & free trial

• Exodus Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as monthly and annual plans. Exact prices are shown in the App at purchase and are charged in your local currency.
• Free trial (if offered): if a free trial is offered, it begins at purchase and converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & cancelling: purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse-engineering it (except as permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of applicable law.

4. Weather information — no warranty; not for life-safety decisions

Weather and environmental data are provided by third parties and by forecasting models, and are estimates that may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Exodus is provided for general informational purposes only. Do not rely on the App as your sole source for decisions affecting safety, health, or property. For life-threatening or emergency situations, follow official sources (e.g., the U.S. National Weather Service, local emergency services). The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its weather information.

6. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
